Do You Drink Enough During The Day?
A lot of you probably don't know this- but you actually need around the same amount of millilitres of fluid as you do for calories during the day!
If you sweat a lot and do not drink enough you will get dehydrated. This can leave you feeling overheated and tired. Common signs of dehydration are:
**Remember that juices and soft drinks are usually high in sugar which means high in calories. Even though they will hydrate you they can also cause unwanted weight gain!
Water is my recommended choice! Let the other drinks you enjoy be a treat that you have only on an occasional basis.
My Challenge for you:
Since the average adult needs around 2 Litres of water/day, walk around with this size water bottle for 1 full day and see if you can finish it!

- dizziness
- tiredness
- nausea
- chills
- headache
- muscle cramps
