Tips to use less salt: 1. Seasoning... replace your salt use for seasonings! 2. Don't put the salt shaker on the table and you probably won't get up for it! Research shows that when you hide things and leave them out of arm reach, you're less likely to go get it (*Good pointer for junk food also- hide it in your pantries and you may find you're going to get it less! ) 3. Look for the "low sodium" alternative of the foods you love
